In September 2011, a school was built in Ban Sao village by TdS. It was inaugurated and opened in the same year. Now, 120 students can benefit from quality education in a new and appropriate structure. Children from neighbouring villages also have the opportunity to attend school there.

With the support of the Laotian government and local authorities, teachers have been recruited to teach in all five classes.
